My real estate journey began in 2016, during my final year of college at the University of Texas where I studied Studio Art. While my passion for painting was evident throughout my four years, it was during my junior year that I discovered a new love for photography during an internship with a wedding photographer. Despite warnings about the difficulty of photography classes, I decided to pursue it in my last year, and to my delight, I fell in LOVE.

After receiving my first DSLR camera as a Christmas gift from my mother, I began assisting her with real estate photography, igniting a passion for real estate that runs in my family. Following in the footsteps of my great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother, I joined my mother's real estate journey as her assistant. Accompanying her to realtor events led me to a mentor from Southern Charm Photography who guided me in becoming a skilled real estate photographer, allowing me to confidently handle all photography for my mother's listings.

In 2020, my mother established her own brokerage, Hegemeyer Realty & Associates, prompting me to obtain my real estate license to better support her business and serve clients. The following year, my husband and I welcomed our first child and purchased our first home in Hempstead, TX. Working from home for my mother enabled me to raise my daughter while advancing my real estate career. In 2023, I officially began listing and selling properties, marking a successful first year. Today, my sister, Malorie and I work as agents for our mother's brokerage, collectively known as The Hegemeyer Team.

Family remains our top priority, and we prioritize caring for each other to ensure our business thrives. Through "Hegemeyer Daycare," my sister and I alternate working days to provide childcare for each other, fostering a supportive work environment. As a fourth-generation Waller County resident, this community holds a special place in my heart. The memories and experiences I've had here have shaped me into the woman I am today, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the people of Waller County.
